Please note that many F grades are issued because students did not notify the Admissions and Records Office that they dropped the class. Since all students appearing on the final grade roster must be issued a grade by the instructor those students who stop attending but do not officially drop the class receive an F. As a result, many of the F grades seen above were issued simply, and unfortunately, because students failed to make a trip to the Admissions Office to officially drop a class.
